MJT and U.S. Performance Academy launch exclusive gold-level partnership to empower junior golfers on and off the course

Vancouver, BC – (June 3, 2025) – The Maple Leaf Junior Golf Tour (MJT), Canada’s number-one played junior golf tour, is thrilled to announce a new two-year Gold-Level partnership with the U.S. Performance Academy (USPA), a one-of-a-kind, NCAA-approved online school designed specifically for elite student-athletes.

This exciting collaboration brings together two organizations committed to supporting junior golfers in reaching their full potential, both in the classroom and in competition. The partnership features the 2025 MJT U.S. Performance Academy Series, which includes two title-sponsored events on the MJT schedule:

At each event, a USPA representative on-site connects with families and provides valuable information about the school’s flexible academic model, built to meet the demands of high-performance athletes pursuing excellence year-round.

“We’re beyond excited to welcome USPA as a Gold-Level sponsor of the MJT,” said Elaine Denton, Director of Marketing and Administration for the MJT. “Their innovative approach to education aligns perfectly with our mission of helping junior golfers achieve their goals both on and off the course. We know this partnership will resonate strongly with our athletes and their families.”

“USPA is thrilled to partner with MJT. We have many junior golfers that currently attend USPA, and we know that our flexibility and custom support are a great benefit to competitive golfers. At USPA, school goes wherever your travel schedule goes, and our accredited program and experienced learning coaches ensure golfers don’t have to choose between pursuing their dreams and pursuing their education,” said Aileen Hawkins, CEO of Inspired Online Schools USA.

Through this partnership, MJT athletes gain exclusive access to academic support resources, college prep insights, and information on balancing elite-level sport with school, all while competing in one of Canada’s most competitive junior golf series.
