Murray Poje
Murray Poje - Executive Director

Murray Poje is the Founder and Executive Director of the MJT, and a 30-year PGA of Canada Professional with international tour experience (PGA Tour, Canadian, Australasian and South African Tour events). He is past BC PGA Champion, PGA of BC Seniors Champion (twice), and former Head Golf Professional at Tsawwassen Springs Golf Course in Tsawwassen, BC.

Trent Matson - National Operations Director

Trent is a 20+ year member of the PGA of Canada, is the Director of Instruction at Paradise Canyon GR in Lethbridge, Alberta and is the National Operations Director (Coordinates the MJT College Recruitment Program). Trent has been recognized for his dedication to junior golf as recipient of the 2008 PGA of Alberta's Junior Leader of the Year Award.

Luke Rundell - MJT Alberta Tournament Director

Joining the MJT in 2020 Luke Rundell is a long time Class A Member of the PGA of Canada. Luke is a graduate from the San Diego Golf Academy (Chandler Campus) and started his career in teaching & tournament operations at Alberta Springs Golf Resort when he joined the PGA of Canada in 2009. Luke is now the founder and Lead Instructor of Rundellgolf Academy based in Sylvan Lake Alberta where he teaches over 30 high performance junior golfers. Luke’s passion lies in sport development and in 2020 he was a finalist for the PGA of Alberta’s Junior Leader of the Year Award, recognizing his commitment and leadership to junior golf in Alberta.

Dave Smallwood
Dave Smallwood - MJT Ontario Tournament Director
PGA of Canada Member for over 40 years and MJT Tournament Director since 2005. Past Ontario Teaching Professional of the Year and Ontario PGA Merchandiser of the Year.  Owner of the Golf Performance Center and Head Coach of the Kaylan Junior Performance Team.  Has coached over 23 National and Provincial Championship winners and placed over 30 Juniors on USA Golf Scholarships. 
   
Jeff Chambers
Jeff Chambers - MJT Saskatchewan Tournament Director

Jeff Chambers, Class "A" PGA of Canada Professional, formerly Saskatchewan Golf Association's High Performance Coach and Future Links Instructor, joined the MJT Team of Tournament Directors in 2006 to run the Saskatchewan schedule. Career highlights include being named the 2019 PGA of Canada National Coach of the Year, as well as the 2006, 2008, 2009 & 2018 Junior Promoter of the Year for the PGA of Saskatchewan; the 2009 & 2011 Saskatchewan Head Pro Player of the Year; 2013 PGA of Sask Champion; 2012 PGA of Sask Professional of the Year; 2010 PGA of Canada Junior Leader of the Year; 2017 PGA of Sask. Teacher of the Year; 2018 and 2019 PGA of Sask. Coach of the Year and a Professional Development Award recipient. 

Ryan Kingston- MJT Atlantic Canada Tournament Director

Born and raised in Miramichi, New Brunswick Ryan started his golf playing and working career at the Miramichi golf club at the age of 14. Under the watchful mentorship of PGA Professional Ken McBride Ryan spent 9 seasons climbing the ranks from Back Shop attendant to Head Golf Professional.  In 2008 Ryan moved to Fredericton and became a full-time golf instructor / coach. He has been operating his business Ryan Kingston Golf ever since utilizing multiple facilities in the city. Ryan’s passion for golf has always focused towards junior golfers and growing the game. He spends countless hours visiting local schools introducing kids to a game they can enjoy for the rest of their lives! In 2012 the PGA of Canada Atlantic named him Junior Leader of the year. Ryan spent 6 years as the coach of Team New Brunswick junior men’s golf team. In 2013 and 2022 he had the honour of representing New Brunswick as the head coach at the Canada Summer Games in Sherbrook Quebec and Niagara Falls Ontario and reflects on those experiences as career highlights.

Glen Sirkis - MJT Manitoba Tournament Director
Sirkis is well recognized in Manitoba having worked at multiple facilities including Tuxedo Golf Club and Carman Golf and Curling. Sirkis was also an instructor for City of Winnipeg and University of Manitoba Bison’s golf programs. A co-founder and owner of Golf Mentor Group, Sirkis is a two-time PGA of Canada’s Junior Leader of The Year Award winner both in 2013 and 2015 and has shown great commitment and passion to the game of golf and developing Canada's junior golfers. 
 
Adam Boge - MJT Manitoba Tournament Director
Boge is a Class “A” Teaching Professional based out of Winnipeg, Manitoba, who started his career at Pine Ridge Golf Club before the becoming head golf professional at St. Boniface Golf Club. Boge is a co-founder and owner of Golf Mentor Group who strive to offer top rated Junior Golf Programs and was recognized as Golf Canada’s Junior Facility of the Year in 2014 and 2017. Boge  captured the PGA of Canada's Junior Leader of The Year Award both in 2013 and 2015 showing his leadership and committment to growing junior golf in Manitoba and across Canada. 
 
Lee J.H. Lee - MJT British Columbia Tournament Director
Lee J.H. Lee, a class “A” member of PGA of Canada since 2007, has spent the first decade of his career working with some of the world’s premier golf management companies at several tour-level exclusive golf clubs across the globe. His extensive industry experience has covered the range from indoor practice facilities (Riverside Golf Club, Calgary AB), to municipal (Cedar Hill GC, Victoria BC), to a world-class resort (Bear Mountain, Victoria BC), to a European Tour Venue (Sharjah Golf & Shooting Club, Sharjah UAE), and to the world’s leading golf management company (Meydan Golf by Troon International, Dubai UAE). Lee currently is the Director of Instruction at Hazelmere Golf & Tennis Club.

Loius Melanson
MJT Director, Atlantic Canada
Louis Melanson is a 14 year member of the PGA of Canada. He runs the Louis Melanson Golf Academy at Fox Creek Golf Club in NB. He was a Golf Canada coach for 6 years and Provincial Coach for NB. Louis has won the PGA Teacher of the Year in Atlantic Canada a total of seven times, including his latest in 2018. Louis was also named the PGA of Atlantic Canada's winner of the Coach of the Year.
 
Ed Boge
MJT Director, Manitoba
Ed Boge - MJT Manitoba Tournament DirectorEd Boge is the 2005 and 2004 Manitoba PGA Junior Leader of the Year, a 13 year PGA of Canada member, Golf Instructor, Coach to individual junior players across North America and Graduate of the Professional Golf Management Program at Camosun College in Victoria, BC. Ed assists Garth Goodbrandson in Golf Manitoba’s developmental programs, and was the Assistant Coach of the University of Manitoba Golf Team.
 
Garth Goodbrandson
MJT Director, Manitoba
Garth Goodbrandson is a Class A member of the PGA of Canada, Director of Player Development for Golf Manitoba and the Provincial Coach for Golf Manitoba. Garth is also the Head Coach and Co-Founder of the University of Manitoba Golf Team. Industry awards include PGA of Manitoba Junior Leader of the Year 1999 and 2000; PGA of Canada Junior Leader of the Year 1999, PGA of Manitoba Professional Development Award 2014 and was the PGA of Manitoba Coach of the Year in 2017, 2018 & 2019. Garth was named Coach of the Year at the University of Manitoba in 2013 and was the Canadian University/College Male Coach of the Year in 2014. In 2016 Garth was inducted into the Manitoba Golf Hall of Fame.
 
Neil Bidewell
MJT Director, British Columbia
Neil Bidewell is a 17 year member of the CPGA. After winning the BC High School Golf Championships in 1993 Neil went on to study at Purdue University as well as the Universite Science Humaine in Strasbourg, France. Neil is currently the Class A Head Professional at King's Links by the Sea Golf Club and is the volunteer coach of the Delta Special Olympics Golf Team. Neil is also the Event Coordinator for the MJT Ford Go Golf! Junior Clinics across B.C., a free program for kids of all ages to be a part of the game of golf!
 
Mike Skimson
MJT Director, Ontario
A native of Kitchener, Ontario, Mike Skimson has been a PGA of Canada Professional for 18 years and is currently the Head Teaching Professional at the Golf Performance Center @ Whistle Bear Golf Course in Cambridge, Ontario. As Tournament Director in Ontario, Mike provides the Ontario participants with a first class tournament experience. Mike is also the Advanced Competitor Coach for the Whistle Bear Junior Performance Team. Prior to his time at the Golf Performance Center, Mike was an Assistant Professional at Galt CC for 8 years.
 
Tom Bissegger
MJT Director, Quebec
Tom Bissegger is a 25 year member of the Canadian PGA, Class A and Professional/Manager of Golf Rive Sud in St-Basile-le-Grand, Quebec (near Montreal). Tom has been operating junior golf programs (summer and winter) for 200 juniors at Rive Sud for 18 years. In 1986 he founded and currently co-owns the Cegep de St-Hyacinthe Winter Golf Academy, and is also a junior program coach at Richelieu Valley Golf Club. In addition, Tom continues to enjoy actively competing on the Quebec PGA tour.
 
Pat DeCoste

Pat DeCoste is a 13 year member of the CPGA and Class “A” Director of Golf at The Links at Penn Hills. Pat was also named the 2004 CPGA Nova Scotia Player of the Year, 2007 Club Professional of the Year award for CPGA Atlantic and is a member of the CPGA Atlantic Board of Directors.

Vince Liu

MJT Director, British Columbia
Vince Liu is a CPGA Professional with an MBA from Missouri State University. He graduated from San Diego Golf Academy with Honours, and is RCGA Level 3 Rules certified, as well as Titleist TPI Level 2 certified. Vince, who was a founding member of McDonald’s Restaurants in Taiwan and Human Resources Director of Johnson & Johnson, Taiwan, has been in the golf business for more than 11 years.

Robert Ratcliffe

MJT Director, Alberta
Robert Ratcliffe has Canadian & British PGA Class ‘A’ Memberships, is the Assistant National Coach - Team Canada Women’s Team, 2009 BCPGA Teacher of the Year, Provincial Coach - Alberta Golf Association 2004-2006, past Director of Instruction Crown Isle Resort and RedTail Landing Golf Academy, RCGA Regional Coach for Alberta 2005-2006, Head Coach - University of Alberta Men’s Team 2003-2006, and Touring Professional (PGA MasterCard Tour) 1997-2000.

Derek Ingram

MJT Founding Director, Manitoba
Derek Ingram was the founding director of the MJT in Manitoba and headed up the program there for several years before being named Head Coach of the Women’s National Amateur Golf Team as a full-time posting. Derek is a 18-year veteran of the Canadian PGA. He was named Canadian PGA Teacher of the Year in both 2003 and 2007, in addition to being named Manitoba PGA Player of the Year in 2002. Derek is also a record five time winner of the Manitoba PGA Teacher of the Year, two time winner of the Manitoba PGA Junior Teacher of the Year and has been rated by the National Post as one of the Top 10 Teachers in Canada.

Dean Spriddle

MJT Founding Director, Alberta/Saskatchewan
Dean Spriddle was the founding director of the MJT in Alberta/Saskatchewan and headed up the program there for several years before becoming a full time RCGA National Women's Team and Junior Girls Team Coach in 2006. Dean was also the 2002 Canadian Professional Golfers' Association Teacher of the Year and past President of the Alberta PGA.

Henry Brunton
MJT Ontario-GTA Tournament Director
Joining MJT in 2018 as Tournament Director for the Ontario GTA, Henry Brunton is a PGA of Canada Master Professional and the only Canadian listed among GOLF Magazine's Top 100 Teachers in America. A four-time national award recipient by the PGA, including 2016 National Teacher of the Year, Brunton served as the Canadian National Team Coach from the inception of the acclaimed program in 1999 until 2011. He has coached and developed 4 world junior champions, 2 NCAA Men’s DI champions, 16 NCAA All-Americans and a host of athletes who have graduated onto the Web.Com, PGA and LPGA Tours.
 
Andrew Noseworthy
MJT Atlantic Canada Tournament Director
A golf industry veteran, Noseworthy has been a coach for over a dozen years and is a leader in junior golf in Nova Scotia. Noseworthy is a two-time winner of the Junior Leader of the Year award from the PGA of Canada - Atlantic Zone and has held positions at top facilities as Head Professional and in coaching. In 2019, under his guidance as the Director of Instruction, The Links at Brunello won Golf Canada's Future Links Facility of the Year. He has also worked as the Director of Sport Development with the Nova Scotia Golf Association and started ‘Golf Squared,’ his own instruction and coaching business, in 2012.
 
Chris Hood
MJT British Columbia Tournament Director
Chris was formally the General Manager and Director of Golf at the Falls Golf Club in addition to being the Tournament Director in BC. He is a golf industry veteran having worked with high profile operators such as Golf BC and Intrawest Golf in key positions. As a PGA of Canada Executive Professional since 1992, and past President of the PGA of BC. Chris brings a solid golf industry background to the Maple Leaf Junior Tour. He looks forward to working closely with all of our Tournament Directors and Management to assist in adding to the already successful MJT.  Chris is now the General Manager at Sagebrush Golf Club.
 
Dylan Smallwood
MJT Ontario Tournament Director
Dylan has been a PGA of Canada member since 2015 and a MJT Alumni. Dylan is the Teaching Product fissionable at Westmount Golf & Country Club in Kitchener, Ontario. A graduate from the Golf Professional Management Program at St Clair College, Dylan has a great passion for junior golf. Dylan oversees the entire junior golf program at Westmount Including their junior team program and summer camp program which sees hundreds of junior golfers annually.
