Maple Leaf Junior Golf Tour announces MJT Bell Aliant Series

Vancouver, BC – (January 17, 2019) – The Maple Leaf Junior Tour (MJT), Canada’s number one-played junior golf tour with over 70 events across the country and the ‘Road to College Golf’ in Canada, wishes to announce a new sponsorship with telecommunications company Bell Aliant in Atlantic Canada.

Bell Aliant, Atlantic Canada's leading provider of Fibe, TV, internet, phone and data services to residential and business customers, has signed on as Presenting Sponsor of the MJT Bell Aliant Series in Nova Scotia and New Brunswick in 2019, with tournaments to be held at Chester Golf Club in Chester, NS, on May 25 and 26, at Ken-Wo Country Club in Wolfville, NS, June 8 and 9, and at Fox Creek Golf Club in Dieppe, New Brunswick, July 27 and 28.

As one part of the Sponsorship, Bell Aliant prizing will be awarded to every age division winner at each the three events. “Junior golf in the region will greatly benefit from Bell Aliant’s support, which is just fantastic,” stated Trent Matson, National Tournament Operations Director of the Maple Leaf Junior Golf Tour. “The MJT, as Canada’s premier Junior Tour, truly appreciates Bell Aliant’s contribution to developing young champions, in golf and in life.”
