Congratulations to Justin Towill (Kelowna, BC) and Andy Luo (Burnaby, BC), who have been recognized as recipients of the 2018 Dylan Reichelt Memorial Award. The award is given to the BC Member with the highest cumulative Order of Merit point total in the Junior and Juvenile divisions, respectively.
