A Tribute To Heather Cox
The Maple Leaf Junior Golf Tour is shocked and saddened to announce the sudden passing on October 13 of Heather Cox, 51, a former Member Services Manager for the MJT. Heather was instrumental in helping the MJT get started in 1999, from designing pamphlets, orchestrating national mail-outs, managing accounts and impressing all by building a custom database for the program. She was both practical and creative. Heather always championed the MJT, even after she left to pursue other interests. She was justifiably proud of seeing it become Canada’s number-one played junior golf tour, and her valued role in this is honoured by all at the Maple Leaf Junior Golf Tour. Heartfelt sympathies to Peter, Brittany and the family on the loss of a special soul.
