For Immediate Release - Vancouver, BC - (October 13, 2011) - The Maple Leaf Junior Golf Tour's MJT Team Canada, sponsored by Official International Events Partner, Travel Underwriters, recently returned from the Srixon International Junior Classic hosted by the Jack Newton Foundation at Maitland Golf Club in Maitland, NSW, Australia, October 7-11. The four junior golfers representing Canada included Jenna Roadley, 17, of Winnipeg, Manitoba (78, 78, 77, 79 = 312), Meghan Bennett, 16, of Pickering, Ontario (79, 79, 87, 79 = 324), Jared Du Toit, 16, of Kimberly, BC (76, 81, 72, 77 = 306), and Bret Thompson, 17, of Winnipeg (80, 80, 77, 83 = 320). The Girls Championship was won by Minjee Lee of Australia (68, 71, 68, 70 = 277) while the Boys Championship went to Ricky Kato, also of Australia (73, 63, 69, 68 = 273).
