GREG NORMAN WATCHES NATIVIDAD ATTEMPT $10 MILLION HOLE-IN-ONE

After being randomly selected as part of a contest sponsored by GPS Industries and Fire at the FlagTM, MJT member Andrew Natividad, 16, of Woodbridge, ON, had the experience of a lifetime this past week at the legendary Merrill Lynch Shootout at Tibur?n Golf Club in Naples, Florida.

Natividad, the youngest competitor to qualify, joined three others from British Columbia, England and China, for a chance to win the $10 million grand prize. The foursome played a round of golf leading up to the designated 179 yard shot on the 18th hole of the Black Course and enjoyed having the Shark, Merrill Lynch Shootout tournament host and founder Greg Norman, looking on. Natividad, who landed a hole-in-one when he was just 12, made his attempt with a 4-iron.
GPS Industries has sponsored the Maple Leaf Junior Golf Tour throughout 2007, and, in addition to the $10 million hole-in-one shootout prize, provided a $1,000 prize to three players who made aces at MJT events this past season including Myles Sullivan, Edward Markham and Will Shenstone.
