The new team program is designed to aid Canada's up-and-coming golfers in all areas of the game on a year-round basis, and MJT Founding Director Dean Spriddle, now a full time RCGA National Coach, will act as the Junior Girl's head coach while MJT Tournament Director Derek Ingram has also been hired as an assistant coach for the National Junior Team.
