Even more so, it was my birthday today [on day two] which made it that much better. Hitting a couple par fives in two shots was pretty cool, I also birdied my last hole which was a great way to finish.”

When my game isn’t going well, I just try to stick to my plan and process what’s going on to keep calm.”

Winner’s Quote: Tyler Kidd, 14, of Calgary, AB: “It feels good to play two days of solid golf. It will definitely boost my confidence for the rest of the tournaments this season. On day two starting on hole nine, I went six-under through my first ten holes. I shot 29 on the back nine which was a huge accomplishment. There wasn’t too much pressure going into day two because I luckily had a cushion for the lead. The adrenaline got to me though after having an insane round going, so I really had to calm myself down and try not worry or think about the score at all.”
