MJT hosts 56th playing of historic Harry White Little Masters; six champions crowned at Kings Links

Tournament Highlights:
- Canada’s number-one played Junior Golf Tour is proud to support and continue building the legacy of BC Golf Hall of Famer, the late Harry White, with the 56th annual MJT Harry White Little Masters at Kings Links by the Sea in Delta, BC, August 8 through 9.
- This premier two-day event for Canadian 12U golfers had close to 100 competing in six divisions, where each division winner who was not already exempt received direct entry into the MJT Mini Tour National Championship coming up later this month in British Columbia.
- This event was founded by the late Harry White who was a catalyst to junior golf development in British Columbia and mentor to countless young athletes aspiring to play golf competitively. To read more, please click here.
- In the MJT Boys 11-12 Division, Ethan Zhong, 12, of Surrey, BC, won the title by a six-stroke margin to be crowned the king of King Links after firing excellent rounds of 75-69 for an even par final score of 144.
- An incredible performance from Grace Guan, 11, of Vancouver, BC, secured her the MJT Girls 11-12 division title after she shot fine scores of 71,75=146, edging out victory.
- Several more outstanding scores were recorded in the MJT Boys 9-10 division, but the eventual winner, with brilliant back-to-back scores of 68-68=136 from the adjusted tees, was Jackson Wang, 10 of Surrey, BC, who took the title by two strokes.
- Jenny Guo, 10, of West Vancouver, BC, created a sizeable lead in the first round and held on to it on day two to win the MJT Girls 9-10 division title with solid scores of 71-75=146.
- A seven-year-old Everett Quewezance, of Kamloops, BC, had two great rounds of golf in the MJT Boys 8U division to card 76,78=154 for a seven-stroke victory.
- In the MJT Girls 8U division was dominated by April Zhang, 8, of Surrey, BC, who fired 83-81=164 to run away with the title.
