Four MJT Mini Tour Titles won in Manitoba season finale at Rossmere Country Club

 

Winnipeg, MB – (September 1, 2021) – The Maple Leaf Junior Golf Tour concluded its 2021 circuit for 12U in Manitoba on August 31 with the MJT Mini Tour at Rossmere Country Club in Winnipeg. The MJT Boys 11-12 Division winner was 11-year-old Aris Mercury, of Winnipeg, MB, who shot a score of 74 to take home the title by three shots. “I felt confident going into the tournament because I had control of my game,” commented Mercury. “I knew that I could have a good chance to win and it feels exciting to get the win.” Winnipeg, MB, local golfer Dylan McFayden, 12, fired a score of 77 to finish runner-up.
