NEW MJT VENUE TARANDOWAH PROVES TOUGH CHALLENGE

Avon, ON - (September 27, 2010) – The new venue of Tarandowah Golf Club in Avon proved to be a tough challenge for the young golfers on the Maple Leaf Junior Golf Tour (MJT), where the conditions were extremely difficult, leading to high scores in the MJT Ontario One Day Fall Series on Saturday, September 25th.

Craig Stefureak, 13, of Caledonia, continued his fine play on the MJT and won the Boys 13 and under title in style with a 73. Runner-up was Max Clift, 12, of Kitchener, who fired 82, while 10-year-old Daniel Core from Newmarket placed third after carding 85.
