SCOBIE SOARS AT OSPREY VALLEY ON MJT
Brighton, ON – (August 24, 2010) – The Hoot Course of picturesque Osprey Valley Golf Club in Alton played host over the past three days to the Boston Pizza-presented Maple Leaf Junior Golf Tour (MJT), where players competed over 54 holes for division titles in the MJT Ontario Tour Championship.
Mike Skimson, Canadian PGA Professional and MJT Tournament Director, said, when summing up the conditions for the tournament, “The weather was decent Saturday. Players battled some rain on Sunday, and it was windy and cool Monday. The course was in fantastic shape and proved to be a great test for all age groups.”
