Wind, heat, and heart highlight MJT Mini Tour’s Lloydminster stop

Canada’s number-one played junior golf tour brought the action to Lloydminster Golf and Curling Centre in Lloydminster, SK, on May 31, when a combined field of 110 young athletes from three provinces came out to compete on the Maple Leaf Junior Golf Tour, in either the MJT Mini Tour for 12U players on May 31 or MJT Junior Tour for 19U on May 31-June 1.  Below are the results from the one-day Mini Tour event, where rising stars competed across five divisions for titles and a chance to qualify for the prestigious MJT Mini Tour National Championship in British Columbia this August.

The young athletes, who played in hot weather and challenging 30-50 km/h winds on the Lloydminster course, rose to the challenge to finish a tough 18 holes.
