Qualifying Process

This season-ending MJT National Championship is by invitation to members only based on the MJT Provincial and National Order of Merit (OOM).  Exemptions are sent July 2nd (OOM Leaders) and the first round of invitations being sent prior to September 1, with the second round prior to September 10.

NOTE:  All events after August 30 will count towards OOM winners but will not be included towards invitation to the MJT National Championship invitations.

Exemptions

Top 3 Finishers from 2017 National Championship and leaders on 2018 Top MJT Provincial OOM as at July 2nd (in each age division).

National OOM - based on a combination of scoring average and event participation

Special Head Office Invitations: Any MJT Member can request to play in the National Championship and be considered which will be determined by scoring average and participation as guiding factors for selection. Please submit a request to MJT Head Office by September 1st if you wish to be considered. Please email tmatson@maplejt.com your special request.

About the event:

The MJT Boston Pizza National Championship presented by TaylorMade & adidas Golf at The Legacy Golf Resort is an elite field invitational event for the top finishers on the MJT Order of Merit (OOM) point ratings across Canada.  A maximum 112 players will be playing for their respective National Championship from November 9th - 11th, 2018.

Accommodation Information

** Note: All players will be required to stay two nights at The Legacy Golf Resort to accept this invitation.  You must book through the MJT code or your entry will not be accepted.
