An exciting new international qualifier for 2009 is the Jack Newton International Junior Classic in Cessnock, NSW, Australia, to be held at The Oaks Golf Club, Cessnock, in the Hunter Valley of New South Wales (Australia), October 12th – 16th, 2009. A total of 6 players will qualify (4 boys / 2 girls) to compete in this major Australian junior golf event. An incredible golf and life experience will be brought together “down under” in this once in a lifetime qualifier.

Canadian junior golfers will have an opportunity to qualify for one of the 6 MJT Team Canada spots at the following tournaments this season:

Highlights

International tournaments provide an excellent opportunity for junior golfers to expand their golf resumes for future opportunities including scholarship applications for post-secondary education.
