CKG Tour with Signature Golf Packages are providing the CKG Tour World Championship which will be held at three great golf courses: Wachesaw Plantation East, Tradition Golf Club & Indigo Creek Golf Club in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, USA on August 6-10.
MJT is looking forward to being involved in our 1st CKG World Tour Championship.
The four day action packed schedule is as follows:
August 6, 2008 - 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. - Registration
August 6, 2008 - 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. - Welcome Ceremony
August 7-9, 2008 - Stroke Play Championship
August 9, 2008 - 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m - Awards and Closing Ceremony
August 10, 2008 - Team Challenge at the Wachesaw Plantation East.

2008 Qualifying Sites:
Canadian junior golfers up to age 17 (as of July 31st, 2008) will have an opportunity to qualify for one of the 7 MJT Team Canada spots at the following qualifying sites:

Registration Information
Players must register individually with the CKG Tour. The MJT will reimburse all entry fees.

The MJT also provides a partial subsidy to each player for entry fee, travel and accommodation expenses, made possible by Travel Underwriters - Official International Events Partner of the MJT - and funds raised through two major corporate tournaments.

Players can also raise funds for their expenses - click here for Pledge Form. NOTE: The Rules of Amateur Status stipulate that juniors may receive funding providing the funds received do not exceed expenses for the event.

August 10th, team match play event will be played at Wachesaw East.
The team match play consists of two-man team from each age group/divisions of 18 hole players. Best Ball front nine, Alternate shot back nine, one point each side, total of two points. Blind draw team format, the team with the most points will be declared the team champion.
