Saskatoon, SK - (July 14, 2010) – An extremely windy, wet and cold day greeted players in the Maple Leaf Junior Golf Tour’s (MJT) CPGA of Saskatchewan Junior Championship at the Willows Golf Club in Saskatoon on July 13th, weather which was described by MJT Tournament Director and CPGA Professional, Jeff Chambers, as “nothing short of miserable. To see our first-round leaders Dallas Mengel and Mike Boymook shoot one-under-par in those conditions was nothing short of amazing. The golf course is, however, in perfect shape as the Willows is gearing up for the Amateur next week so the rough is tough and the greens are fast.
