The Maple Leaf Junior Golf Tour, Canada's #1-played junior golf tour, is pleased to offer the MJT Ontario Mini Tour (7-10) Series at the Dorchester Golf and Country Club on July 19th, 2015, which is open to all boys and girls aged 7-10.

Dorchester G&CC has long been regarded as one of the areas most enjoyable golf experience. Forced carries are kept to a minimum, and the landing areas off the tee are generous. The shot values to gently rolling, traditionally designed greens requires stategy, accuracy and finesse.  It is one of the area's more entertaining and player friendly golf courses with a varying set of tees that can accomodate players of all ages and skill levels.

The Maple Leaf Junior Golf Tour, Canada's #1-played Junior Golf Tour, aims to develop champions, in golf and in life. The MJT is also the ‘Road to College Golf’ with Canada’s first College Golf Recruitment service for members.

Rankings / Qualifiers and Yardages

Qualifier: TBA

The MJT Mini Tour courses will be set-up for 9/ or 18 holes of competition with the following age divisions and yardage guidelines:

(please note that Ontario's Mini Tour will take ages 7-10 years only, as a test market. Players 11-12 should play in the regular Junior Tour)

Boys 9-10              4200-5000 Yards

Boys 7-8                1700-1900 Yards (9holes)

Girls 9-10              3800-4200 Yards

Girls 7-8                1300-1500 Yards (9 holes)

*Subject to modification on site by Tournament Officials depending on weather and course conditions.

Entry Fee & Registration

MJT Mini Tour: $69.00 plus applicable taxes.

Starting times and Course Details

Tee times will begin at 11:00am. Individual starting holes and pairings will be posted 48 hours prior to the event.
