ALBERTON, ON ? Young Jonny Ringo put together two great rounds despite the rainy weather this past week in the Boston Pizza-sponsored Maple Leaf Junior Golf Tour (MJT) stop at Heron Point Golf Links in Alberton.

Ringo, from Brampton, shot 71-75 for a total score of 146 to win the Boys 13 and under division as well as the low overall score for the tournament. ?The main factors contributing to my win were my caddy book and my putting - it was on fire,? said Ringo. He added, ?I think the golf course over the last two days was very wet and the greens were much slower than usual.?
