Intrawest Golf to support junior golf in Canada through the MJT

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: March 10, 2006

INTRAWEST GOLF TO SUPPORT JUNIOR GOLF
IN CANADA THROUGH THE MJT

Tsawwassen, BC: Intrawest Golf, a leader in golf experiences including its brand of premier daily-fee golf clubs, Raven Golf, and the non-profit Maple Leaf Junior Golf Tour (MJT), Canada's only national junior tour run by Golf Professionals, are very pleased to announce a partnership.

Intrawest Golf will make a significant contribution to junior golf in Canada by hosting a number of MJT junior tournaments as well as fundraising events at their first-class facilities. In addition, each of the seven Raven Golf Clubs in North America, will provide prizes at every event on the MJT schedule in 2006.

The partnership tees off with a junior tournament held at Swaneset Bay Resort in Pitt Meadows, BC, on June 24-25 followed by another at Whistler Golf Club in Whistler, BC, on August 28. Additionally, Swaneset will host the MJT Intrawest Pro Am on August 10, 2006.

The Raven Golf Club at Lora Bay, Canada's first Raven, is set to be opened by PGA Tour star and course co-designer, Tom Lehman, this summer. The course, located in Town of the Blue Mountains, Ontario, will host a fundraiser for the MJT in late August 2006. In addition, the Raven Golf Clubs at South Mountain and Verrado in Phoenix, Arizona, USA, will host the winter version of the annual MJT Two-Man Team Challenge. Through this partnership, Raven Golf Clubs will become the preferred destination for MJT International Junior Team competitions in the United States.

Jim McLaughlin, Senior Vice President of Intrawest Golf said, "We are pleased to be involved with the Maple Leaf Junior Golf Tour and to actively support junior golf in Canada. This partnership is a great fit between the enthusiasm of developing young talent and the excitement of the continued growth of the Raven brand within Intrawest."
